Our process

What sets our breads apart are the authentic artisan baking techniques that we follow throughout our whole baking process. We start by taking the craft beer and cultivating it into our own in house Natural European Sourdough Starters as the foundation of each of our artisan beer bread dough's. These European sourdough starters develop natural fermentation flavors that deliver the true artisan nature of our breads. From our authentic recipe we pour craft beer right into our dough batch and move to using our new, state of the art, dough mixing equipment and stress free dough handling artisan bread line, from northern Italy. Each artisan bread dough has 24 hours of fermentation before it is baked, which develops a high quality product that we are pleased to offer. For the packaging, we have a new flow wrapping packaging line that provides a 100% seal for each package, which allows us to offer a fresher, longer lasting, and more appealing product.
